Hi Guys
I have received a text stating that Natwest have instructed them to carry out the legal work for them.
Also that some documents have been sent to me to sign and to return asap.
Does this mean I have had my mortgage offer accepted?
Can't get hold of broker as she is away for a few days.
Many thanks
Kelly

If you've chosen to have updates by text then they would normally text to say a formal offer had been made, so I would say no at this point.0

If application had been declined surely they wouldn't have contacted me?
Its for a remortgage btw
Thanks0 -
At this point you haven't been rejected by the lender - but as many lenders do appoint solicitors ahead of offer is doesn't mean that you have been accepted either (but you have moved on to the next stage).
