    That happened to us, the child was on an NVQ level 3 course, was working and being paid in their own right, but child benefit was still being paid and therefore CSA was still payable, so I think you'll find until the child has finished the course you will still be liable to pay maintenance.

    Further education refers to the university courses or "no approved education" and the NVQ is considered "approved education" therefore CB still payable I'm afraid - see link.
