Bluebell75(London) Ltd

Hi
Does anyone know anything about the agency Bluebell75 (London) Ltd They offer to arrange sub prime mortgages with 99.5% agreement success. They are asking for £290 fees up front with 50% refund if they are unable to secure a mortgage. (their paperwork says they are representatives of Norton Finance)
I'd like to know whether oterh forum uses think they are legit.
Thanks
Hatti

    Hi Hatti

I would be sceptical of a firm which claims 99.5% for sub prime. I am also sceptical of firms which charge up front.

Ultimately whether you can get a mortgage will depend on how bad your credit file is, how big your income is and how large a deposit is.

There are mortgage brokers who you could chat through your situation with and they will be able to tell you what your chances of getting a mortgage are.

    Good luck
