Recent halifax mortgage anyone?

Our full application with Halifax went in last Wednesday as well, asking for 95%. We've already tried with Leeds who said we could only borrow at 80%. We're really scared now, just want an answer

I was basically told in branch that it would go through fine, had DIP at 95% with them twice (first ran out) and on full application was told if home report came through fine mortgage would be offered. I knew home report was good but still worried!

Glad to hear all has gone smoothly for you, Taggo. How long did your process take from initial application to mortgage offer being received?
