Nationwide - Flexclusive 4 Year Fixed Mortgage Offer

I'm currently attempting to complete an online DIP for Nationwide and the site is asking me if I plan to take up any of their special offers. I'm interested in the Flexclusive 4 Year Fixed deal so I was going to select the Flexclusives drop-down, but it has got me thinking about whether I should check if we are eligible.
I am the main applicant and I hold a qualifying account for the deal. My partner, the joint applicant, does not hold a Nationwide account. Would we qualify or do we need to both be Flex customers?
I seem to remember reading somewhere before that only the main applicant needs to hold an account, but I can't find anything on their website to verify this. Their mortgage telephone line is closed on Sundays and I really want to get this sorted today.
Does anyone have past experience of this or able to find anything on their website that confirms either way?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Halloumi,
My boyfriend and I looked at Nationwide and went in to see an advisor, although in the end we went with Barclays as Nationwide would only lend us £175k and we needed £200k.
We were also interested in the Flexclusive deal and you qualify as long as at least one of you banks with Nationwide - you don't need to both bank there. So you will qualify already without your partner needing to switch.Cleared my credit card debt of £7123.58 in a year using YNAB! Debt free date 04/12/2015.
Enjoying sending hundreds of pounds a month to savings rather than debt repayment!0 -

Thanks snowscreamer, just the response I was hoping for!
I don't suppose you completed one of the online calculators to see how much you could borrow before you applied (if you did get to the DIP stage)? I'm wondering how accurate they are.0
