I posted in that thread, I download my Gmail to Thunderbird. I have just checked my Gmail bin an there are emails that have gone straight to the bin without being downloaded which means a WEM from any of these companies we have unsubscribed to will NOT be downloaded and go straight to Trash or Bin.

I signed back in to unroll me and resubcribed to everything. I have also changed my Gmail password

Aw no, I thought it was too good to be true! I seem to be getting more spam than ever now.

i used it in outlook and it worked fine. my inbox only got three emails today.

The rest will probably be in your spam/trash. It does not actually unsusbcribe you, it just does not let emails reach your inbox.

As Daza said if you get a WEM from one of these companies you have used "unrollme" from, unless you check all your spam/trash mail you will not get the email in your inbox.

I have definitely got less emails since I used it though, less in Junk and my inbox isnt swamped which is much better for me.
i have set up my inbox to catch comp emails and move them to a different folder, and i still run my eyes down the emails in my junk file, but the good thing is you can just delete the whole lot of emails in Junk which you cannot do in Inbox
