Full and final settlements don't really have a set amount, you just pick an amount and see if they'll accept.
You have to pay these as a lump sum in one go though, you can't make a full and final offer for say 50%, then ask to pay it off over a number of years. They'll expect it there and then if they're wiping off half the debt!
Do you have a lump sum to make a full and final offer with? If not, I'd suggest you contact the bank (or dca if it's been passed on) and arrange a repayment plan. They'll want to see details of your income and expenses though, to prove what amount you can afford.0
