I did thanks, the chap from Autoglass was lovely.

I am £75 lighter, but pleased it is resolved.

It is amazing how much time it has taken up.. I have only just caught up with life, I am behind with work, and have no chance of catching up with the Elite!

    How are you bubbs x

Im ok thanks, although someone hit my car this morning:eek: but thankfully they were truthful as i was at work and parked outside clients house, he came and rang door bell and told me:T:T:T

I dont get this, so how can you put any addy for your address if your having delivery, its got to be right address surely:o

If you are doing C and C then a different account linked to work/parents address etc may work?

Depends whether payment card address is checked against account address I suppose.

My only preference would be my car in the same state as it was pre 9.30 am this morn:rotfl::rotfl: but as thats not happening might as well stick to mine, but never used a body shop before so will use what they say:o

It may be worth asking your insurance company how to proceed as ultimately they are not the ones paying?

You have to go by their decision anyway now that they are aware.

    Yes pru his company.
Longs it does not affect my insurance couldn't give 2 monkeys who does the work:rotfl::rotfl: as long as its done properly:D
I will just stick with mine then i think

I believe you have a choice, but it's less complicated to do the whole lot through the other parties insurance company.
Otherwise you might find you have to pay the bills for the hire car and excess and reclaim them, on your policy and then try to reclaim it from the other party.
That's what I was told when I was involved in a no blame accident caused by a brand new 17 year old driver in school uniform not realising he had to stop at give way signs at junctions :o Bet there were a few choice words from Mum and Dad when he got home :rotfl:

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Hello everyone.

Sorry to read about someone driving into your car bubbs. What a plum!

I've had a lovely couple of days. The time spent away from the iPad has been great actually. Lots of reading, sitting in the sunshine, getting out and about.

I've also started something I'm calling 'Operation EatGood' whereby I eat more stuff that is good (for me) :D. Although I'm not large by any means I just need to treat my body better I think. Was starting to feel a little uncomfortable which is normally my sign I need to sort it out a bit. I don't really do diets but simply giving your body more good food- can't go wrong there!
