Finished and delivered this cake (as requested, a simple halal cake), picked up some free Costa coffee and about to pick up a Zip Van. I can see why people get up before 12 :rotfl:'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0

I miss having baths and having a nice wallow“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Hi folks - you may want to look away if discussion of offensive language offends you.
I've woken up this morning and thought about that programme from last night again, oh dear! The only thing I've 'decided' is, because the word "a" rather than "an" was used, that the word didn't begin with a vowel. Of course I've now thought of the word "!!!!!!" and wondering whether I should determine the person on that programme as a racist. What is the point of including that in a documentary programme if we can't decide for ourselves about what he said? It's now, indeed, made the entire extremely brief segment the main if, not the sole, issue of the entire programme and diverted and distracted me away from anything else in the programme (and, as you know, it is very easy to divert me away from what really matters).
Hey ho...let's move on.
[Edit: Oh, I'm glad they've censored that. Though, to be fair, it's still pretty obvious what it was. Anyway...]0 -
well I am still confused as to which is the magic sanex deo invisible item - please does some kind and generous person have a barcode?
I am waiting for confirmation of an order to collect from a shop off our normal route but I've realised that en route to it I can connive to go to a different asda - if so I can try and do 2 shops.
- trying to work out the best combination of wine, pancake mix and sanex
No I don't really need shower gel either but possibly my skin does. But on the principle of "one out and one in" then if I do find sanex I will see what of my bathing products stash can go into the food bank collections - I now feel guilty if I don't put something in everytime I walk past.
Just had my sada cc bill for the month and I think I need to give the local store a bit of a rest but the glitches keep coming ..
Thanks for getting me back onto the Sanexes:). Hopefully someone will know the answer...in fact I am sure they will, and they'll let us know. [Edit: I see it looks like it is above!]0 -
Morning all! Got to get some milk later, but hopefully that's all the money I'll be parting with today. A Not-Spend-Much-Day, rather than an NSD, perhaps?
Wishing everyone a happy and glitch-filled day! I'm going to enjoy my (no doubt brief) moment at the top of the quiz, that's a rarity unless I play first thing in the morning before everyone else has had a go!0 -
