I was just thinking about you. Are you sorted? Did you have a good night with DS2?

    No where near sorted.

I will sit on the fence about having a good night I have been putting away a mountain of groceries she returned with. Making room in already over flowing larder. :o

Couple of the lads left loads behind so her and the other lad took their pick and then carted the rest off to food bank. But DD2 has come home with a 2kg tub of Cadbury Hot Chocolate among other things and Lapsang Souchong Tea which smells gross.

We did have a nice takeaway though and it is good to have her back, I was worried as took her so much longer than usual to get back. But guess has coincided with start of summer hols and escaping south.

There was a huge bag of rice similar to this that has gone to waste been untouched since beginning of term but bag had split open and I didn't want little visitors coming home with it. But what a waste. :(

My DD's been back here but gone away back to North London. Bought a load of groceries for her to take back but she couldn't carry them what with the laundry she'd brought!:rotfl:

I noticed there is a big bag of dirty laundry at the top of the stairs. :sighs:

Everything has had to come back home as contract has finished on flat and new house contract doesn't start until end of month. I had car full on Wednesday and DD2 filled her Corsa today.

I don't even want to peer into her room, I had left 3 suitcases in there and 2 crates plus couple of bags not sure what she has added to it today. :o

Does your DD commute on the train that's why one of the lads had to leave loads behind, DD2 has kindly brought some stuff back for him to store here until next term. :)

I have not been in the loft yet for the silver paper plates (10p ones ;)) Think there are some cheap ballons up there, napkins and disposable tablecloths too.

DD1 wants to use a kingsize duvet so need to locate that and covers.

But all the beer is bought, I had to take Mr TS to the brewery this afternoon, not the really local one, quite a few miles away could have spent my time doing something far more useful. :rotfl:

I have crate of M & S glitchy pink fizz to get out of the bathroom but I know it is right at the back and buried have been putting it off. :o

Reckon I will get about 3 hours sleep at this rate.

She live on the opposite side of London from us (we're on the SW London/Surrey borders). When she comes back from the house she rents she takes the train/tube. Sometimes we go to pick her up but it's a massive journey. Crossing London by car's like trying to drive through a built-up county. Traffic lights / zebra crossings every 100 yards.:(

Massive journey? I did a round trip of 430 miles Wednesday to DD2. :rotfl:

It was so much easier when DD1 was at Portsmouth uni, we could do the trip in just over an hour.
