It's not wrong to use the vouchers they give you. You have used it. They should be treated like money and that can only be spent once. If lots of people used vouchers multiple times, they'd pick up on it pretty quickly. At best it could earn you a ban from the store, at worst it could land you up in court.

C&C is a different thing. The system doesn't work as well as it should and results in people getting APGs when they shouldn't sometimes due to subs, or getting more than they should. But you can still only spend them once. HTH
