I would use it but then I am probably not the best person to ask as nearly everything I eat is out of date.
We often use old stock/fat from all sorts at least a week after, fat we have used several weeks after. :money:
We took cheese dated 5th January to the festival and it had never been frozen, we couldn't store it in a fridge while there, and me and Mr Tinyshoes are both still here to tell the tale. We did keep it in a tin that was sat in a bowl with half inch of water and cloth drapped over. Something to do with the evaporation effect.
Actually I had forgotten he did ask if we held the record for eating the most out of date cheese. :rotfl:But think Enterprise may have a chance too.No cheating on entries for this, no freezing allowed.
Just checked the one in the fridge but it's only May, a nice soft cheese from Lidl that is just starting to come into it's own. We have just ditched a Finest gorgonzola from March, it had just gone too far  I think our record is 6 month out of date Brie, just coming into its very own, lovely and runnyWe never open Brie before it has gone out of date. Was shopping in November for Christmas cheese, got some on offer from the loose counter in T, mentioned that I was putting it aside for Christmas, the girl that served me nearly went ape, said it would be poisonous by then :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Duh, found it was set to DD1s address, but showing 8.99. Msm showing comparison to 6.50 at A, but not confirmedSPC 2015: #319 £10.65 / £500 Bulgaria tin0 -
Thank you.
I will have to go Saturday Sunday and Wednesdays . If I don't go Wednesdays during holidays I get mega moaned at , at the weekend.
Got to come home before 12-30 though that's time lunch is served for her down in the common room . If she going somewhere on a Wednesday she will ring and expect me to go Tuesday or Thursday. She would have me going everyday even if I only stayed an hour but I am not starting that 3 days out of 7 is enough .
Not going tomorrow I told mum I finish work tomorrow

At least I've moved onto Sains. and no longer talking about Morries tonight...
Er...oh dear:(. Now I've got myself back onto Morries:(:(:rotfl:. I found (what appeared to be) a new 200ml Dove product in M yesterday, wondering if it is also available in A but yet to make it to the website:D and therefore if part of an mbuy in A...
However only 200ml Dove I have on A doesn't work out that good, even on £2.69 vs £1.50. Whose to say it is on with other 200ml Dove though? Of course I can't remember precisely what the new product was in M:(.
No use on the £3.49 Doves (in A) either - as seem to be only on offer in Superdrug:( and not part of mbuy in A? Surely (but why do I make that as an assumption) we should be looking at 400ml products as better and finding something in the 3 for £5 (if not already found and, indeed, if that offer is still on - I'm waffling, losing touch again)? (We would have thought it would be 400ml that would be better. Nonetheless we've known Travel size products to be excellent before, so we should not assume anything as something may come from an unexpected area.)
Has anyone spotted if (noticed any changes showing that) APG is on Morries prices from Monday or are we still stuck on last Wednesday? TIA.0 -

Well I still have cheese left so looks like I may beat your 6 month record and make it 7. :rotfl:
The stilton Mr TS ate at the weekend absolutely stank, I didn't eat that one. :eek:0 -

Sorry - some heart monitor bleeping on the TV. I thought they were f*cking swearing for a moment then:rotfl::rotfl:.
. It's those vowels you see, half problematic;).
Well I'm finding several non-comparable items that are 'okay', perhaps, on A prices - but no use having all 8 items non-comparable:rotfl:.
The cakes (I've just picked three randomly) go N/A vs Sains. (but only if APG has updated and only if all three are bought as on excluded 3 for 2 in S). The others seem to be N/A all over, so may be a filler possibility if struggling for items to add to your shop vs elsewhere.
Bakery
1xMr Kipling Angel Slices (6)66.7pany 3 FOR £2.00
1xMr Kipling Cherry Bakewells (6)66.7pany 3 FOR £2.00
1xMr Kipling Lemon Layered Slices (6)66.7pany 3 FOR £2.00
Frozen
Young's Breaded Specials XL Fish Fillets - Garlic & Herb (2 per pack - 320g)£1.50
Young's Breaded Specials XL Fish Fillets - Lemon & Pepper (2 per pack - 320g)£1.50
So - five items, but no APG at all as they are all (vs Sains.) N/A items:(.
Angel Slices marked up as '9 for 6' on the picture on msm - but I doubt it will be like that in my store again:(. But...maybe... 9 for 6 available in T and compare to 3x A's prices for straight 6 pack?0 -
