Hello guys
I had a good deal this morning, been taking note of the Clubcard points.

Via top cash back I brought The new lego Movie, from blinkbox it was 9.99 but you get 508 cc points.
I used a 10% discount codes so went through at £8.99
then got £3.04 from top cash back as well, so as far as I can work out ... free? taking intop account club card points

Looks good. DS Is desperate for this for his b'day (and I love it as well). I've got £4.04 showing on TCB. And where is the 10% please?

Thanks Siobhan
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

Hi all, sorry been AWOL for a while, just been popping in when I've had 5 mins to spare. DD suddenly started to have seizures 3 weeks ago for no apparent reason. Been given Anti Epi Drugs, but still seizures daily. Hope to have MRI & EEG within 2 weeks. So feeling pretty stressed & then today Tosco's just about finished me off!!!...................................... My local store has given me a lifetime ban as they don't like my shopping habits!!!!
Absolutely fuming .... I went in to return an item that they had refused a DTD on the week before. Only wanted a refund on £95 less the £50 overcharge I has already received. My DD boyfriend had also bought 2 of the same item at the same time as me. He had gone it without his receipt on Sunday & been refunded the price he paid (although he had already been refunded £50)

They told me a gentleman had already been refunded for this item & that a duplicate receipt had been printed. I explained that was a separate transaction but they said I was abusing their refund policy.....I wasn't asking them to give me anything extra!!!! They also said they be notifying all the other store in the area.

I wouldn't mind if they were correct in their accusations but they're not. I had put in a complaint about the same Duty Manager two weeks ago so think it is more about that.

Rang Tosco CS but they said they can't overturn store decisions. :mad:
Phoning can be fine but it is usually better to write.
Given Tesco recent performance they dont want to loose too many more customers so I would suggest that you Email to this address
<ceo.customerservice@tesco.co.uk>

Use some all or none of the following suggestions;

explain your situation and emphasise how disappointed you are that Tesco refund policy is not being followed and that through no fault of your own the store has banned you.

Ask them for a full written explanation for the reason for the ban.

It would help if you mention that you are a regular and loyal customer you can emphasise how much you spend each year in Tesco.

Ask them if they can afford to loose that amount of business multiplied by the amount of friends and relatives that you will be recommending to follow you away from Tesco should this situation not be resolved.

If you still have the receipt then it has an individual id on it and ask them to check their records to see if it has had a refund transaction applied to it. They cannot of course as you haven't returned the item!

Ask them to suggest to which store you could possibly return the item as not only is the store you purchased the item from are refusing to accept it but are effectively barring you from returning it to any store in the immediate vicinity.
Ask if they will be adding your travel costs to the refund because of that situation.

Also ask if their normal 28 day return limit might be extended if the issue is not resolved in time.

State that you hope that your complaint about the manager has nothing to do with their recent attitude to you.

Good luck....

Rebecca Brown was on BBC News website earlier; she has a condition whereby she pulls her hair out.

Here's one of her most watched videos:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRvk5UQY1Js

My friend at school had this Karlie, it was not nice to see her end up with a couple of bald patches on the back of her head after a few months. :(

I know she had not had good family life and was fostered around the time of starting secondary school. I think she found it hard to cope with stress, it was around the time we were starting to prepare for our O levels that she started.

I used to sit next to her in some lessons and would try and remind her not to do it, she just didn't realise when she was pulling at her hair. So sad. :(
