Coming over the top to greet you, or going down and to the back to greet you. Which way do you put yours in its holder....if you use a holder?
Over the top, clearly...I'm another one who has to turn them round in other peoples houses if they are round the wrong way!fairclaire wrote: »Anyone prone to chafing? Free sample of Grizzly active cream for those who are.
The questions you have to answer to get it are :rotfl::rotfl:
So who's going to admit to suffering from buttock crack chafing for a freebie? :rotfl:

Bloody veet roll on waxing kit
I had a go at waxing my legs yesterday. I was left with lots of hair still in-situ and a huge bruise on my shin. So as soon as I spotted the bruise, I stopped.
I just had to go to the salon and get an emergency leg wax in there to finish the job off properly:rotfl:
She said that loads of people have had problems with the veet kit. Why did I not pay attention when everyone had them as part of the Bzz trial thing? :rotfl:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. QOC
That's one area where I'm not MSE. Can't beat a professional wax. They're as pain-free as you can get if you get them done right.
Also, thanks for reminding me I need to book in for a wax this weekDebt free 6th December 2014

Edit. Just looked on the pc and yes, it is showing as one email, but if you click it, it is 2. When I checked on my phone, it was shown as 2 different emails.
Def just one. And just checked MD a/c. Shows as there for one but not the other. Hoping I won't get charged twice!
Thanks for help though.0 -
The joys of children with issues and getting muppets to understand:mad: people have said as ds3 has a muscle wasting disease can't you take him to the gym and build up his muscles:o:eek::mad: I give up now trying to explain:rotfl:
I suppose people are trying (very unsuccessfully) to be helpful. In your shoes, I think the thing that would annoy me most is the implication that I could have been doing something so simple to help my lo but either hadn't got the brains to think of that for myself or just couldn't be a$$ed!
I think people who haven't got first hand experience of children with issues (or even adults with issues) can't get their heads round the fact that, despite all our science, technology and medical knowledge, there are some conditions that just cannot be cured or made significantly better however much we might want them to be.
Perhaps their ignorant comments are a reflection of their fear that they, or someone they are close to, might one day suffer from something incurable. Far easier to imagine a world where a trip down the gym (or in the case of autism a 'good slap') would be an instant cure, than face up to the fact that for every condition medical science understands and can treat there are probably twice as many it can't!“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”

It was so small I could of done with 2!
We had O2 £1 Pizza too! Small, but yummy! :rotfl:
Thank goodness something has cheered me up! Fridge/freezer is like a hot cupboard, and the dog has burst through the door of the hen enclosure! The poor ex-battery hens we got on Saturday were terrified!!! (One of them laid an egg in fright!).
Trying to decide between getting a replacement part for the fridge, a replacement appliance or booking a fixed price repair. The part has failed so many times, I'm pretty certain I could do it myself!
You can tell it's the first day of my hols! Everything seems to break or go wrong, so I am not allowed to do anything I wanted to do.

I don't see how it is a priority deal
My local does a £1 personal pizza every day up until 4pm
And with o2 you get it on Monday only up to 3pm :huh:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
