Ask your dentist to refer you to paediatric dental services in your area if you think it's going to be too much of an ordeal. Be pushy about it if you have to They did all the work DS2 needed done under GA last time. He had 6 baby teeth out and a few fillings all in one go.

I've had very similar with dd1.

The dentist told me autism doesn't really exist.

We never back to that one

It's happened to me a couple of times, used the gmaildot, but they cottoned on. If you log in and go to your deals tab, if there's nothing there any more, then they have cancelled the order.
They just tell you it's a duplicate, and refund back to your card. :mad:

Your only allowed to save 30,000 points a 1/4 with each account also with pre orders not putting too many on 1 account:cool:
