He is very clever (academically) but is extremely thick (street wise) at the same time..… an example of his accidents is he decided to go for a bike ride with the dog on a lead, he went down a very steep gravelly path in an area full of rabbits… well the dog got excited and ran after the rabbits, he was pulled off his bike and lost half the skin off his face… it has now healed well, only a few scars!:o:o

Only had 3 of the block left.

My new mortgage offer has come through at 2.54 percent. How on earth would I be in this position if it wasn't t for mse.
Two years in my ltv is 66%. Could I have saved the deposit in the first place without mse.
I been holiday this year and drive a nice little car. I doubt it.
