    Morning all

Hope all is well with everyone.

I've just been to pick up my c&c and have a bit of a dilemma.
ordered 8 candles (4 of each flavor) 4 were sub'd but I'm assuming apg will show these as my original order.

However When I got home and unpacked I only have 6 candles in total. So given how they compare on apg, do I go back and say that my order is short or do I leave it and avoid potentially rocking the boat.

    What would the Elite do?

It's simple, go into your order online and there is an option to request a refund and you select the appropriate reason, ie missing.

Yes we are fine thank, both waiting for the next one now:o just hope they dont both come together as i wont be able to drive for longer this time:(
:T:T:T Glad you do well, thats a good idea doing like that.
Trouble is i dont use face book ought to look into it better, i d well on ebay as a rule but problem there is fees:mad:

I got fed up with ebay's fees, most of the stuff I sell has a lowish profit margin so ebay was no longer cost effective for me and also the fact that they always took the buyers side regardless of your evidence really got to me so I tried FB and whilst there can be a few who say they'll collect and then you never hear from them again, I've had more good experiences than bad.

    Good afternoon everyone

Just went to pick up my cc for 6 Lurpak cooks range. 1 was subbed with ordinary Lurpak & was charged £3.25 each for all of 6 them. I refused them.

Also ordered 1 liquid which was also subbed but charged £1.25 for that one so kept it.

I should have gone back into store to check sel price but wasn't thinking properly. So not sure what went wrong.

    This was just before 4pm.

Did you check the in store price first?

they also have the tub of butter with a SEL of £3.25 but i took it to the pharmacy for a price check and it scanned at £1.70, so, how would this work out on a CC please?
will it compare at the SEL or the Actual price.
    tia

For a CC apg it should compare to the online price of £3.25
you should be charged £1.70 as that is the Instore price
    Hopefully making them 25p each
