Just to compare, Anchor spreadable says butter 58%, veg oil 33%
Lurpak cooking butter says butter 60%, rapeseed oil 21%.

The blended spread/fat blend is 80% in anchor (47% milk fat and 33% veg oil)
The blended spread/fat blend is 70% in lurpak (70% milk fat and 30% veg oil)

Basically, it's pretty similar :rotfl:

Thanks, I've just stuck 6 in the freezer, assuming it'll be alright. I know it's not "normal" butter but I'm sure it will be fine. I'm so excited about free butter, how sad!!!!
Off to watch BB from Tuesday whilst tigercub asleep.
