The flash is RTC to £1 in Bl@)kwood Asda.
Pity the Nivea sets didn't work. They would have made nice raffle prizes/gifts

The Nivea sets were £5 each in my local Asda :(

Sorry to hear you are still feeling poorly and I don't think this heat helps sending you a hug and think have the right idea taking it easy an taking in a film or too to try and take your mind off things take care :A

Thank you for the hug, that's just what I needed. It's been so hot outside that I decided to take tea indoors as it's so cool in here.
After 2 films I fell asleep so missed a documentary I wanted to watch, just as well that had been recorded anyway :)
Has the doctor or anyone else mentioned Quinine for the cramps? I suffered terribly a few years back but after drinking tonic water before bed for several weeks the cramps vanished. Apologies if I'm barking up the wrong tree, hope you get answers and relief soon :)

Hi td, yes the doctor did infact mention Quinine but she wants me to have bloods tested again first. Something to do with the statins I'm taking. I quite like Tonic Water so will buy some tomorrow after my blood tests.
Thank you for mentioning it. :)

Sorry I'm late in replying, I'm way back on page 133!!

tweets and BB, hope your tooth, mouth is feeling better x
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

    Hiya hunny. :hello:
I've got my fan blowing on me as I write this, it's a godsend in this weather. Don't blame you for having it on constantly, defo a necessity in this heat. I've had to bike halfway around Cambridge this afternoon with lil stink on the back of my bike. It was blimming hard work I tell ya. It felt like I was carrying a flipping elephant after a while lol

Bet thats hard work anyway let alone in this heat:eek::eek:
