I remember it well, sat on the kerb outside my Grandmother's house (the step & wall are still there) in Clovens Road on Portland - we were going to my cousin's christening & Grandma was a master of Gladioli growing & used them to decorate the local church in Fortunes Well.

So many bad purchases on this shop...
Someone who buys Rich Tea Biscuits at £1, Robinsons at £1.25 each and having to buy 2 as opposed to waiting for 74p each elsewhere, buys a 500g tub of Bertolli at £1.90:eek::eek:, gets two packs of 6 pack Quavers for £2.00 as opposed to a 14 pack (i.e. two extra bags) for less than half that price, and buys ice lolly packs at £1.50 each:eek: as opposed to being aware of £1 prices elsewhere (on some of these earlier - now is not the time to be buying at £1.50, and then having to pay them double by having to get that via a multibuy). I suppose the only consolation is that the Sweet Clems might start comparing vs 99p, although even that is too dear given that Sweet Clems packs (when I got them) were 50p each via bogo'f' some time ago. Should have gone for the cheaper loose Broccoli than the 49p fixed weight 335g one.

So, from today's M list collection, I've added a bit.
The (23 wash:() Surf Washing Powder - I was right not to bother with £2.65 earlier, as it is now £1.99:T. Works out at about 8.65p per wash. Some suggestion that it might be 3 for £10 from the packs being on the entrance to my store next to such an offer, but closer inspection of the label reveals it does not cover the Surf washing powder - instead that turns out, in the aisle, to be £1.99. It also turns out Morrisons do have the Sunshine Lemon version after all - we don't think Surfs will work from the what msm.co.uk gives as 25 pack in Asda but, of course, we never know - I could be wrong.

I've added some ice cream cones, but some of these have been known to return N/A vs Morries some while ago - I'm not suggesting mix and match will work btw, even though on same offer in M - the list is now up to 25,000 characters and having to combine things a little. Doesn't seem great moneysaving as having to buy 2 packs in order to try to make a small saving.

Does anyone know of the (frozen) Sweetcorn/Select Mixed Veg. vs £1.00 each at M if on 2 for £3.00 in A instore?

Wild Pink Salmon tins have now appeared back for A on msm so have been moved from 'buy in M' to - on the strength of the womble - Avs M. Otherwise Princes Wild Pink 213g in T or S in 2s vs A seems to be very good price, although not getting 10% even assuming the M mbuy gets picked up by the APG on the own brand (and no guarantees on that as it is a price guarantee:rotfl:). Or, if you can't be bothered, get 2x Princes straight in A either on a non-APG shop, or attempted deviously vs Waities as a filler (last option not Northern Ireland).

Ice cream cones might work immediately, then again might not - not sure if I missed them on Monday? Offer on until 1st September so plenty of time - to pick the one collection where they get missed off:(:(:rotfl:. (Does 1st September give a clue as to when offer may have begun?:think: Anyway...)

The baby products are not yet on for the APG and I'm not suggesting they will work at all - indeed I think they are quite a risk, but I've put them on FWIW. (I add all items I see in Morries that look good value, regardless of whether or not I think they will work on the APG. Just to be aware...)

The issue on the Cillit Bang is that it is marked 500ml in Morries but carries no weight details on msm.co.uk (the identifier used by the APG from which to compare). It may therefore not work on the APG, even though it is the same one in Morries.
