This is a post for people who are not bored of talking about biscuits yet.

If like me, you want to get in and out as quickly as possible, don't want to think about fillers and want a great return, this is the shop for you. Pay £3.50 at the till and it returns £3.13 every time. Just buy two different Marylands, any box of Medleys, either trigger and 5 x 10p sweets.

I know the sweets are not the ideal filler but they save a lot of faffing around and you still get your biccies for 9p per pack (after taking the cost of the sweets into account)..:D

    1 x Maryland Big & Chunky Milk & Dark Chocolate Chunk ... £1.99 £0.99
1 x Maryland Big & Chunky White Choc Chunk Brownie Coo... £1.99 £1.00
    1 x Haribo Maoam Giant Strawberry Stripes £0.10 £0.10
    1 x Haribo Maoam Giant Sour Stripes (15g) £0.10 £0.10
    1 x McVitie's Medley Hobnobs Double Chocolate (6x30g) £1.80 £1.00
    1 x Swizzels Matlow Strawberry Refresher Bar £0.10 N/A
    1 x Candyland Flumps Mallow Twists (12g) £0.10 £0.10
    1 x Haribo Tangfastics £0.10 £0.10

If you want an even better return, add a pack of Penguins for an extra 10p or so (although I'm not sure about mint flavour).

    Also works well for Sainsburys
    Trigger
    3 different Rockys
4 Leerdammer (get 3 different varieties using £2 coupons)
    3 lots of 10p sweets

Outlay £1.30 (mainly wombles to confuse staff)
    APG £3.54 :)

Can anyone please tell me, if I do a CC order with reeds or anything glitchy does the total for free CC have to come to £25 based on the full price of the reeds as per the confirmation order or does it have to be £25 based on the actual cost of £6 ? I don't want to order more than I have to but I don't want to have a collection charge added on.

As long as the price online is £25 or more, its fine if you get charged less when you collect

You will be fine as long as you check APG for tonight's order, and click 'Get Voucher' before your next order is shown as delivered - only the most recently delivered order is available to compare.

    Thank you!

And thanks Bubbs for replying too.

    Afternoon all!

I'm after a bit of advice: we're off to Mevagissey in Cornwall tomorrow for 3 nights and I don't know the area at all, so I was wondering whether anyone here could recommend places to go/things to do/somewhere to eat that isn't too far away? We're going to the Eden Project using the tickets I won on a supersavvyme comp (:j) but nothing else planned so far. DH and I like seeing and doing things rather than shopping, but I think it's due to rain rather a lot on Saturday and Sunday so I need to come up with some indoor things to do!

Sorry no advice for you but I use to love this place when I was small and would love to go back although I'm sure it will not be the same as I remember :) have fun :)

I think v Ts you can't use mint or original penguins, only orange, toffee (yuck!) or triple choc.
    Hth.

Thanks for making shop easy though! Kids are loving biccies and sweets (I'm obviously normally too tight)

Thanks to everyone for Flash and shower gel info over the last week. Stash of Flash is now sorted and found three SG's yesterday so very pleased! I rinsed and recycled my online APG's and think I've messed up but just wanted to check.

I had £30 worth and spent them all on a Flash shop + fillers that I needed. However, I just realised my collected shop came to less than £30. My collection receipt showed a total of -£11.93.

Can I assume that those APG vouchers are lost forever? I was holding a small hope that maybe they get bounced back to me. If they don't then I'm not going to chase them up with A but write it up to experience

    TIA

.. To make things easier and to stop the bloody sweets falling out I now go to vag aisle and pick up the little plastic bags and put all my fillers in them as then I'm not stood at the checkout counting and rechecking :)

Great idea ilts - my 9th item is always a flump, I have a fab fingers tin to keep them in and it's the first place the grandchildren look when they call in after school.

I remember putting the shopping on the belt and my flump had gone missing from the trolley - had a little panic until that APG came through :rotfl:
