If you can't get a referral to dental hospital, see if they can arrange for you to have it done under sedation. I had two teeth out under sedation and it was fab. I didn't remember a thing and I was two sheets to the wind afterwards

I like different rules that apply to different schemes:rotfl:. Just to make it more complicated and, therefore, easier to understand. (Terrible aren't they when they have straightforward rules or transparent pricing:rotfl:.)
