Hope little man is ok. Thankyou for your kind words. Things going well at the moment. Getting out daily on the bike and visiting shops most days as part of my exposure response therapy. Lost loads of weight, I'm down to 9st 1lb and at 5ft8 am far beyond what I set out to be Got to stop losing now though as starting to look too skinny. Got to up the calories so biccie glitch is fine lol. Enjoy the rest of your weekend :wave: xx
