I had the email too. I rang the Tesco CS help line (0800 591 688) and there is a recorded message on there saying it is a generic marketing email and relates to money off vouchers, not clubcard vouchers, and apologising for any confusion.
So looks like it's not phishing.0 -

I wish...more of a dirty blonde than a strawberry one, although in the sun my hair did used to turn almost white. Obviously not on this holiday - outfit suggests we didn't see very much sun :rotfl:0
