Not ignoring you but had a couple of hectic days. Am trying to get Angela, Weller and saffron to look at your latest post.

Can you pm the link toyour CAG thread?

Also I want to check something re the bank charges.

How did you get the statements. Did you do a Subject Access Request (cost £10)

Have not got the statements for the loan a/c that went to MCS as it was more than 6 years ago.

Sent a £1 for the CCA, I think!

The advice on CAG was that this is an application form for a loan, not a CCA. Your view?

Since i don't go in for credit, I have never seen one!

Can you get yourself an appointment at CAb and take the **** document with you so that they can advise you if it is an application for credit or a CCA?

Can only repeat - I managed to get statements for my current account with the HSBC. I sent for those last December.

BUT.... the loan a/c - I did not send off for statements until more recently. And by that time it was more than 6 years so I do NOT have statements for the loan a/c.

Wishing I hadn't got 2 threads going at the same time!
