Best place/price for wall paint

Hi,
We are just about yo re-paint cloakroom, toilet and living room. Last time we used Dulux. Not only was it expensive, I really font like how the endurance one has worn in a year!

Would love to know what brands you recommend and where has special offers on paint at the moment? X

Johnsons Paint, good all rounder. Wilkinsons own emulsion gives good coverage too.




Dulux is over priced and you are paying for the name.

We are due to move soon so will need to buy a whole house worth of paint!

We too used Dulux for the whole of our current house - totally unimpressed.

We recently invested in some endurance paint for hallway and living room to spruce it up to sell - with a toddler I decided endurance paint would be best for the inevitable grubby handprints. I wasn't expecting to have to re-paint the whole lot again less than two months later as even just a gentle sponge to get marks off the wall resulted in taking paint off and leaving awful telltale marks all over the wall.

I'll definitely be trying Wilkos or Johnstones from the Range the price can't be beaten and even if the same thing happens, at least I won't have shelled out three times the amount on Poo-lux

Dulux trade (not warehouse shed stuff) or Leyland, prices are similar.
