Twitter Notifications

I have it set so that I receive notifications whenever I am mentioned, a tweet is favourited, I receive a DM, retweets etc.

However these last few days I have not been receiving emails to advise whenever any of the above happen.

Rechecked all my settings and they are all ticked. Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this.

have they gone into spam / junk folder?

No, checked that as well. Really strange as I always got notifications but for some strange reason it seems to have stopped.

The same happened to me and I had to uninstall twitter and reinstall it. I have a Samsung S4 I think there was a problem with android and twitter x

I mainly use Twitter on my laptop though which is Windows 8.

Try changing your email settings on twitter to off.

Save.

Then put them all back on again x

Was lucky that my phone gave me a notification of a DM which I had to reply to by today otherwise I would have more than likely missed it.

Well I tried switching everything to off, then back on again got hubby to send me a test and still no notifications? Sent a test message back to hubby and he instantly gets an email. We are both using gmail as well. Totally baffling as to why this has stopped

try re install the app.

In gmail, go to 'Settings' > 'Filters'. Do you have any filters set up in here?

I'm finding the same problem with Twitter.

I receive notifications when someone follows me, but not when mentioned by someone on Twitter.

It's been like that for quite a while, though the settings seem alright, just unable to fix it.

Using Safari, not sure whether that makes any difference.
