Hi, I've followed the link and signed into my account but I can't see any link to click on for a free sample. Did you mean you received an email from them? If so, I can't see anything in my junk folder so when did you get the email?

Yes I received an email from them, it's titled "VIP Exclusive: Get your FREE month's trial of Ageility*".

My email is dated the 11th July.

Hmm, in the preferences on the MyVip section, have you listed your pets?

See most of my offers are specific to the pets I have, maybe they sent it to just those who own dogs?
