Good Morning Compers!

What a lovely day it is.

Rafflecopter or Gleam, which do you prefer?

I went to look at Gleam once with a view to using it for my blog comps sadly I couldn't get my head around it but with all the recent Rafflecopter issues I may need to go back and try harder.

What do you think?

  • Give me a Gleam widget any day of the week.

I like how they post tweets without all the silly 'copy and paste' link business. You also know how many times you've entered if you retweet daily.

I like gleam too, but only from the point of view of a comper. I am not a blogger.

I wish I had an opinion on the matter then people might mistake me for someone who knew what they were talking about! :)

I prefer Gleam :) sometimes I get distracted and worry that I may have copied and pasted the wrong URL - so I prefer that Gleam just does it for me x

As a comper i prefer gleam, it's a lot more simple.

I've been put off of Rafflecopters to the point i don't want to do them anymore.

From the point of view of a Comper & someone who lists RC's & Gleams on a blog I much prefer Gleams.

It's quicker to enter them, & so far I have only seen the gleams fail once for two hours then all back to normal.

When the gleam did fail, it would not load onto the page. I am not sure if this is what they always do when something goes wrong but this was better than when the Rc's go wrong because you can not enter the gleams until they are working again, but the RC's you enter & have no idea if they are registering your entries or not.

I also like the gleams because it tell you how many entries you have in the competition, RC's don't.

Gleam. It seems a lot more automated, you don't have to open windows for tweets and then copy the link.

I vote for Gleam - Rafflecopters look outdated now and are more problematic!
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea
