Can anyone recommend somewhere in Belfast that I could shorten a pair of curtains for me? haven't had any garments altered before so really wouldn't know the best place to bring them. thank you.

Zip Yard (basement of Spinning Wheel beside City Hall and also on Lisburn Road) are good for clothes alterations, but may also do curtains.
