Yesterday i bought a variety of fish and half a dozen crevettes at the fishmonger.

I forgot I was eating out last night and OH would be late in this evening so I have quite a lot of fish in the fridge

4 large plaice fillets
2 natural smoked haddock fillets
6 raw crevettes

We usually eat fresh fish Thurs/fri/Sat so I am not used to freezing it.

My thoughts are :

Freeze the haddock and the plaice - I will add the crevettes to a paella tomorrow.

Any tips on freezing what I have? Thanks
