What can I make with these? No one is eating the strawberries and the apples (golden delicious) are a bit beyond eating.
I have baking ingredients.
Thank you

What about some scones and use the strawberries for a compote. Not sure of a recipe but sort of saute in sugar. You will find a recipe on t'internet.

There are lots of thing you could make.
flan: peel, slice and cook the apples with a little sugar when cool spread them in a flan case of pastry, sponge or crushed biscuits mixed with melted butter and allowed to cool. trim the strawberries any a little soft mash them, cut them in half and decorate the cooked apples. Make a glaze with a cup of water the mashed strawberries a desert spoonful of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cornflour mixed with a little water. Add the water mashed strawberries and sugar to a pan and bring to the boil, add the cornflower mixture and pour over the flan.
You can serve it with cream, icecream or custard.
You could add either or both to cup cakes, fairy cakes or a fruit cake.
You could even put them in the bottom of a trifle.0 -
i dice eating apples that are past their best and add to fairy cakes, recipe 6oz marg, 6oz castor sugar, 3 eggs, 6oz srf and a dash of vanilla essence, they make them lovely and moist, but won't keep quite as long as normal fairy cakes0

I vote for an apple and strawberry crumble - yum!
I often make crumbles from the dregs from the fruit bowl
