That's the whole point. I need to get experience .................but as long as the pay reflects that and the company doesn't take the !!!! then I'm ok with it.

Think again, what can you offer?
What are your skills, your qualities, your abilities? What makes you good at your present job? What motivates you? Think positive!! Can you identify any trade or profession you would like to enter?
Don't dwell on "not being the most intelligent person in the world". I would suggest there are far more less intelligent than you, than are more intelligent.
Don't get bogged down in worrying about the hours of a job. Employers expect miracles in return for peanuts, that's the UK job market in the mid 2010s.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
