Hi all,
I got a PCN from good old Smart Parking !
Following the advice given in this forum by Coupon-mad and everyone else, I have submitted an appeal on-line using the suggested template to the cowboys !
I just have one query. How long does it take for Smart to provide a written response to the Appeal as I have been waiting for several days ?
Prior to this, I used to just ignore the laughable and silly letters.

About two weeks and they will cancel. You won't have to even do POPLA!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Perhaps 'Not-so-Smart' are actually one of the 'smart' PPCs - when they see a brick wall in the way, they don't go banging their heads against it, in the process saving themselves 27 notes?
