Advice appreciated....

Just received my lulu Guinness handbag...super quick within 2 days of being informed however...as hideous as it is...it does not look brand new and has scuffs and scratches on it...best way to describe it is as all clutch bag in the shape of a set of lips in red. It is plastic and the scuffs are visible in the light...any advice?
Hi Ho Hi Ho it's of to comp I go!

have you tried contacting the prize giver to see what they say about it? I'd say that was the first move.

ps - yes, it's horrid! but maybe you can sell it even if it is a bit scuffed?
Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. You all rock!

This was one of their customer reviews for the lip clutch

"Received my red lips clutch bag and it was imperfect. Great customer service. Sent it back and received a new one promptly and even got a stalk of rock too. First class."

Maybe they sent you that one :)
