I didn't walk out of court feeling like I had had the weight of the world taken off my shoulders but as the days went by I started to sleep again and not break into a sweat when I heard the post man or the phone and I started to plan my future - BR was the best thing for me to do but it has taken a year for me to be able to look back and see clearly that it was the best thing no matter how traumatic it was at the time.
Onwards and upwards
