    I think from what I remember, most foods if not all foods are allowed a margin of error, I know that for example even when they work out calories per food or 100g they are allowed to be a certain % out and it's still OK. I would wonder if in your experience the supermarkets or traders are utilising their margin of error. I think the only way around this is by foot-fall. Shop elsewhere, bring the issue to the attention of customer service by all means but I doubt they will do anything about it. Sadly; to a supermarket, cash (or profit) is King.
