Pay day loan and late payments

Hi all,

I'm looking for some advice. I took out a pay day loan through the Money Shop on 10th March this year. I was then sequestrated on 18th March. The pay day loan company were informed of this and I sent them a copy of my certificate of sequestration at their request. I have been checking my credit file and have discovered that they have been marking me as having missed payments and the status shows me as having late payments. As I'm sequestrated I won't be paying them and they know this so surely they shouldn't be reporting payments as late?

Anyone know if there's anything I can do about this? :)

Once you're discharged next year, give it a couple of months and then start the credit file clean up, following the sticky on what to do.
With BR on your credit file, late payments won't make any difference so don't worry about it for now :)
