well got a phone call yesterday at 2, it was only our broker telling us the mortgage had been approved! Poor mark think his ears may have bled from my scream!
it's subject to the survey but he is confident that it will be fine.
he said the surveyor would ring but it might be a while, phone rang an hour later, survey booked for Monday morning!
its my husbands 40th today so he couldn't have asked for a better present.
