My employer refuses to send out a p60

Have requested they sort out my p60 by telephone and email now but all I get is they are on there way. Mid July is 2months later than I've ever had to wait before.(worked here 8 years ) every year it comes I check it and I'm always due a little rebate.
But what annoys me more is I have no idea what my entire years pay is due to a) poorly printed payslips b) they changed style of payslip 3 times this year and every time my total pay TD is reset or c) I lost a few
Is there anyway Ican force them to send it out?
Thanks

Pay and deductions
The P60 summarises an employee's total pay and deductions for the year. You need to provide a form P60 (either paper or electronic) to each employee on the payroll who was working for you on the last day of the tax year (5 April). You must do this by no later than 31 May.
If you want to push it and feel your job is safe you could report them to HMRC. I'm not certain which would be the best number, perhaps the tax office that is on the payslips that you do have, or possibly this one:

I had a similar problem many years ago, The Inland Revenue sent someone to collect it at the same time as they went to collect that month's cheque. It was an employer well known to the local office as being, "unco-operative"0
