Replace the lenses in my Oakley sunglasses

My bf brought me a pair of Oakleys back from the us 2 years ago. The lenses have become a bit scratched and I would love to replace them without having to buy new frames. I've been told in a couple of oakley stockists that it is possible. It so far have not been able to find any shop or site that can provide this.
Has anyone here ever replaced oakley lenses? Can I please ask where?
The model is 009160-07 ladies tortoise shell.

A friend returned her pair to Oakley in the States after they were skittered down a cliff face, getting pretty scratched and they replaced the lenses without charge - But she had bought from a verifiable "approved" retailer and could prove it - which is apparently something they are very strict on.
