co op bank account

so we've had our co op basic accounts since last year. my salary, my husbands student loans and all DDs and SOs come out of them.
what are the chances co op will let us keep them. are they likely to be frozen tomorrow? if yes for how long? weve not left a lot in them but i don't want them to be frozen when my next pay is due in (27th) or rent due out (1st august?)
anybody?
Bella

    Hi Bella,
I had my basic account for about 8 months prior to my BR. I stated on the forms that it was my every day account. The OR said he had no interest & he would inform the Co-op. The account stayed open and running just as normal. It wasn't frozen at all. As long as it is the basic account (Cashminder) you should be fine. I was worried too and phoned the coop immediately after speaking to the OR and they reassured me that they weren't interested :-)

My cashminder account continued too without any problems, I called them after speaking to my OR too. The lady in the bankruptcy department checked my account balance and said that the amount in the account would be of no interest to the OR and that they would have no problem with the account continuing.
