Foster Carer Allowances as Income?

Looking for some advice from any brokers out there.
Foster carers are self employed but with all of the tax relief available, it's almost impossible to show a net profit each year.
Does anyone know of any mainstream lenders who are sympathetic to this?
I have already enquired with Endsleigh who are calling me back.

There is a lender who will allow this as income, but can't remember who, I think it might be Nationwide or Halifax.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I believe it's nationwide. I'm a foster carer and I have a mortgage with them0
