Halifax application

Have recently sent in the full application to Halifax for mortgage. Does anyone know the current time frames for them to process it through. Not in any rush as house will not be built till November but little bit excited/nervous. Broker said the application looked straight forward enough!

Between three and fourteen days, depending on the documentation requested being acceptable and the valuer getting out and the report back reasonably quickly.

23rd may valuation done
28th may offer received

our application with Halifax was submitted on 14th June and we got our offer on 25th June (my birthday) :j

Hoping for a quickish turnaround with Halifax, our broker put in our application on Tuesday. I notice the £430 valuation fee has been taken today. Nervous times...
