Where to find EPU name, entry number and date - customs vat/tax

Hello, I'm new to the forums, please feel free to move this to a more appropriate section if I have placed it incorrectly

I need to find the EPU name, entry number and date for a parcel I imported from the US, does anyone have any idea where I might find this information?

Again, I apologise if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't see a more appropriate section since it concerns VAT which I think is a form of tax?

Thanks in anticipation
SPT

Is it not on the customs clearance documentation that came with the parcel?

    Hi Agrinnall,
no its not unfortunately, you'd think it would be given that its needed to claim back overpaid Import VAT but no :(

    thanks for your reply :)

EDIT TO ADD; I have been informed I need to contact Parcelforce for a C88 form which will have this information on it, thanks Agrinnall again :)

You need to contact the courier for the C88 and/or E2 documents. I'd say the E2 is the best as it has the actual breakdowns of the tariffs and taxes, whereas the C88 has a total.
