Clean up query

Hi

I was made BR in May 2010 and discharged a year later, i no longer make payments to Moonbeaver and on the road to recovery being more better off than i have in years.

A bit late but I've started to look at cleaning my file and have a question (I'm reading all the existing notes but and still confused!)

Equifax - As i don't have a driving licence or valid passport they wouldn't let me open an online account (i do have a birth certificate but apparently thats not enough!)
Anyway they posted me my file which I'm looking at tonight and have the following queries:
  1. There is no credit score on the file? How do i know what they rate me?
  2. Linked addresses - my Coop bank account is listed at my old address but also with an incorrect flat number, Coop have my correct address, is this worth correcting and do i do this with Equifax or Coop?
  3. Linked addresses - i have the same address listed twice for Equifax consumer credit but one entry again has an incorrect flat number, is it worth changing?
  4. Eon - Listed twice, i have a query with my current Eon account, i pay by DD every month and have never missed a payment, in Monthly Status is just have 000000000 etc but below where the months are listed some say +6 +36 +53 or 0 in balance, what does this mean, is this something i should correct?
  5. Insolvency - my BR is listed correctly but only one of my former creditors is listed, is this good? No sign of Barclays, Mint or M&S credit card?
The only one listed is EE, I'm not sure if i need to clear this or not, it says my default date was 15/5/2010 and from month 1-12 there is +values in the balance part, my monthly status is D543210000000000000U.
Any advice is greatly received.
Im awaiting a PIN from Experian to start to clean that one, I tried to get a Vanquis card recently to try to build my credit but was declined due to Experian check.
I have opened a credit account with JD Williams which is listed with Equifax, I'm not a fan of catalogues and only have £200 limit but thought buying something cheap i need each month and paying it off may help me in the long term?

THANKS

x
