Diced lamb - quick meals?

I have some diced lamb in the freezer (picked it up reduced at 86p for 300g in Asda). It doesn't say what cuts it is, other than "prime cuts".
I don't have enough time in the evenings after work to wait for it to stew or cook in a curry, but want to use it this week as it is taking up far too much space in the freezer. Can anyone suggest anything quicker, that may take less than an hour?
I was thinking of putting them onto a skewer, throwing over some spices and put under the grill (served with diced onions, peppers and rice orcous cous). But worried the meat could end up a little dry.
Any ideas?

Sainsbury had a nice looking lamb skewer rescipe on their cards the other day. Prob be on their website.0
