Hi,
Hubby and myself took a loan out with these and since then hubby has died so paid off the loan in full.
i then received a break down of all charges now they have charged for phone calls, letter and being in arrears can any one tell me if i can reclaim these back. As hubby said he was going to once we cleared the loan i am not sure how to go about this any help would be welcome i am a bit of a loss at the mo

Hi i have decided i am just going to say i dont think it was very fair the charges. so they have to choices they can give it back or not0
