Leftover yoghurt

Under pressure from DD's I bought Muller corner yoghurts, and of course there are lots left which are now OOD. I have just made a batch of scone dough using the yoghurt instead of milk, but can I freeze the raw dough? I really don't want scones just now, and just want to freeze the dough, but I think it might be better to bake it off before freezing? Can anyone advise? I don't want to waste flour butter and sugar as well as yoghurt!!
