If you have paid tax in an EU country, but overall, didn't earn enough to pay tax in the UK, how do you claim back the tax paid abroad? In this case the tax was paid in Austria.

If you are UK resident and worked in Austria for a time, the tax that you paid can be credited against your UK tax bill under double taxation. Unfortunately it is not repayable.There are 10 types of people in the world - those who understand binary and those who do not. :doh:0
